This policy explains what information Telk Bam LLC ("we") collects, how we use it and how we protect it in the Naimaa service:
the owner mobile app, the customer stamp-card web pages and related websites.
1. Information we collect
Business owners
Phone number, name, business name and type.
Answers to the diagnosis questions, messages written to the AI coach, lessons viewed.
Loyalty program settings and subscription payment requests (we do not store card details).
Customers (stamp-card users)
Phone number and name.
Visit, stamp and reward history at each business, and the owner's private note.
Facebook and Instagram (only when an owner connects them)
Facebook Page name and ID, and the username of the linked Instagram professional account.
Reach, comments, reactions and page statistics for posts from the last 30 days.
The access token used to read this data. We only read: we never post, publish or send messages on your behalf.
2. How we use information
To sign you in, record stamps and rewards, and show owners their customers' visits.
To produce the diagnosis report, AI coaching and the social account review.
To improve and secure the service and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising.
3. Service providers
Cloudflare: hosting and database.
Anthropic: AI coaching and report writing (only the text needed for each request is sent).
Meta: when an owner connects Facebook or Instagram.
An SMS provider: to deliver sign-in codes.
4. Retention
We keep data while the account is active. Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram deletes the related tokens and page data. When you ask
us to delete your account, we delete all personal data within 30 days.
5. Security
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Sign-in codes and sessions are stored hashed. Each owner sees only their own business's data.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data. See the Data deletion page for instructions.
7. Cookies
The customer stamp-card pages use a single cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16.
9. Changes
We will post any update on this page with a new effective date.
